The Grey Gum International Cafe offer a selection of giftwares and local produce and are proud to support the Hunter Valley and Hawkesbury producers.

Our selection of giftwares includes; 100% silk scarves, handmade jewellery and crafts.

We also have packaged homemade gourmet delights  including  Wildberry and Macadamia Nougat,  Cherry, Cranberry and Pistachio Nougat, Craisin Slice and homemade fudge, locally made honey and local "Walleroo" Olives as well as other products depending on the season.

We stock New England Larder and Pukara Estate products  including a large assortment of tea hampers and giftware.

If any of our customers have products that they think would suit...come talk to us...we want to support local products.

New England Larder is an innovative business concept developed by Granite Belt chef Geoff Metcalf.
Geoff is passionate about using fresh quality products in his dishes, and is constantly surprised by the range of produce available in the Granite Belt region.

He is inspired to use local vine or tree ripened products in the range of relishes and preserves.

Pukara Estate was founded by Bruce Eglington, who planted the first trees in 1999 and was joined 12 months later by Steve Goodchild. The first commercial harvest took place in 2003 and the Pukara Estate brand was launched. Pukara Estate’s Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Vinegars are amongst Australia’s best, winning over 60 awards nationally. The products are produced and packaged on site, guaranteeing the freshest product throughout each season.
